Executive Housekeeper

Lead a 24-person housekeeping department at a 180-room waterfront property that lives and dies by its cleanliness scores (currently 96.2, and we intend to keep it there).
What you'll do
- Own scheduling, inspections, and quality standards across rooms and public areas
- Recruit, train, and develop supervisors and room attendants
- Manage the department budget, linen program, and vendor contracts
- Partner with front office and engineering on room readiness
