The Grand Marina Hotel is a 180-room seaside property, and housekeeping is the reason guests come back. We're hiring Housekeeping Attendants to keep our rooms and public spaces to a four-star standard, every single day.
No hotel experience? That's fine. We train properly, and several of our supervisors started in this role.
What you'll do
- Service 14 to 16 rooms a shift to our published checklist.
- Restock amenities, linen, and minibar; report anything that needs maintenance.
- Handle guest requests on the floor with discretion and a smile.
- Look after lost property to our documented process. Guests notice.
What we're looking for
- Care for detail. A folded corner and a fingerprint-free mirror are the job.
- Physical stamina; the role involves standing, bending, and pushing a cart for most of a shift.
- Reliability. Our team covers for each other, and that only works if people show up.
- No prior hotel experience required.
