Front desk, concierge, and everything in between. The Grand Marina Hotel is hiring a Guest Services Agent for our AM and PM shifts.
What you'll do
- Check guests in and out with warmth and accuracy
- Resolve billing questions and room issues on the spot
- Curate local recommendations, from whale watching to tasting rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and valet throughout the day
