Event Coordinator

Cloud Nine Catering produces 300+ weddings and corporate events a year across greater Los Angeles. As Event Coordinator you'll be the calm center of each one, from tasting to teardown.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of 6 to 10 events at a time, end to end
• Translate client briefs into run sheets, staffing plans, and rental orders
• Coordinate kitchen, service, and venue teams on event day
• Manage budgets and post-event reconciliation
