Bartender

We're hiring a Bartender for evening and weekend service at Harbor & Vine. Our bar is a destination in its own right: a short, seasonal cocktail list, a well-kept back bar, and a team that takes the craft seriously without taking itself too seriously.

Roughly 25 to 32 hours a week, with shifts falling Thursday through Sunday.

What you'll do

• Build cocktails from our list to spec, consistently, at volume.
• Look after guests seated at the bar; many of them are regulars.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift.
• Contribute to the seasonal list. Good ideas get poured here.

What we're looking for

• Two or more years behind a busy bar.
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and the confidence to riff on them.
• Weekend and evening availability. This is the heart of the role, not an occasional ask.
• Alcohol server certification, or willingness to obtain one.

What we offer

• $18 to $26 an hour depending on experience, plus tips that typically add $12 to $18 an hour.
